Mmkk so on 360 i try and put 4 pics on there but it wont let me?

Question

when i go on 360 and i go to my page and click edid personal photos (or whatever it says) then i click browes(i already have 3 pics) then i find something that i want, i click on it click open, then i click save at the bottom of the screen..it just goes back to my page w/ out putting the pic on there...ne advise??

Make sure the picture is in JPEG format and it's size less than 5mb .

correct, glitch in system, you can originally have the avatar, and three pictures, some users change images often causing error, best use choice of three images for profile for now,
