Eventhough I'm not japanese, but i starting to love japanese food such as: sushi roll, tempura, teriyaki, etc....

I honestly do not have one favorite. My favorite thing to do with food, however, is try new things and create new flavors or at least ones I have not had before. Like baked chicken, I try new seasonings, because baked chicken is healthy. Or turkey legs, I boil them with many different seasonings and a little spice. With stew, I cook the meat and omit some vegetables, while changing the sauce to see what my family and I like most. I do not like to say personally I have a fave, because I like to try different flavors and if I limit myself, I will find myself eating that one thing all the time while there are so many cultures making and creating so many good recipes and tastes. So enjoy!!
