Moaning Penny primed to perform well at Hove – Stayers Preview
Moaning Penny is expected to complete her hat-trick by winning Coral.Co.Uk Stayers at Hove racecourse on Thursday night, March 29.
The D. Whitton-trained brindle b***h will daringly compete against Carden Twilight, Honeypound Joe, Jurisdiction, Skywalkershearer and Soul Fantasy.
The high-stakes Open Race over 695m Flat distance is scheduled to start at 22:26 (GMT). The total prize money reserved for the event is £150.
Though each of the six contestants seems to be talented enough, but Moaning Penny stands above all in terms of the level of consistency and confidence.
The brilliant b***h is on a hat-trick. After winning a big race by a big margin of 3 lengths on March 15, 2012, she moved forward to clinch top spot in the very next outing on March 20.
The dashing hound has been performing marvellously since the very beginning of 2012. She won a race each during the first two months of the year.
In the first decade of March, the veteran runner earned a triumph coupled with a runner-up rank elegantly.
Moaning Penny has been a consistent performer and regular winner since making her debut in June 2011.
As far as tonight’s contest is concerned, the b***h will surely be able to show a big run and finish first. Her chances to thrive are as high as 90 percent.
However, some of the hot favourite sprinter’s competitors like Jurisdiction and Skywalkershearer can give her rather tough time on the track.
After bagging a couple of victories during January 2012, Jurisdiction went on to win a race on February 9. The H. Dimmock-trained white and brindle dog finished third and fourth in his last two outings.
On the other hand, Skywalkershearer achieved two triumphs during December 2011. After finishing as a runner-up in two races during the first two months of 2012, S. Cahill’s black dog again achieved a couple of runner-up ranks in a row during March.
Thus, there is anticipated an awe-inspiring clash at Hove. Moaning Penny will have to apply her utmost effort to make her way towards victory. Good luck to the b***h.
