The other day I asked a question about the use of mobiles while driving, I was refereing to England but a lot of Americans answered, and I was surprised to find that it is ilegal in most states to drive with a phone in your hand, So why is it every time I see an American film some one has a phone in their hand ???

  1. It is illegal to go over the speed limit but that doesn't prevent people from doing it. Even if they get caught they will continue doing it in hopes that they won't get caught. That's all part of the thrill I guess.

  2. Because the truth is they just dont care and because cell phones are a big business.

  3. People commit murder on film but it's illegal in real life. What's the difference?

  4. They said it was illegal...they didn't say nobody does it.

  5. Many states have only recently enacted these laws. California, for instance, has such a law but it isn't official until this summer...unless you're a teen! So the films may be prior to these laws. Hopefully all states will soon enact such laws and even harsher ones, if the call is that important pull over!
