Mobile Wallpaper resize tool?

Question

we have 1000 of wallpapers i need to resize them 1x26 diffrent dimension. most of the tools are resizing it by distorting to image.

Kindly let me if there is a tool which rezise with out distortion or strech.

as we have some horizental and vertical photos...and it shd be convert into both horizental and vertical shapes...
