Mobile. bought a mobile from hong kong off ebay.it has a usb connection.i connected to my laptop

bought a mobile from hong kong off ebay.it has a usb connection.i connected to my laptop with vista o/s and it cannot load drivers.there is no name but model no mt6226.any ideas?
