Id like to see something different, all the others seem to have greasy fried food.

Some good old fashioned real home cooked food would be great.

Anything but burgers and kebabs. Personally I would like to see things like Chicken Supreme, or Beef Bourginon served with rice.

What clientele base are you looking at?

That's going to be some gourmet mobile catering unit, if you're going to accomodate the other answers!!  ...  How about some fresh chopped salads?  Greek, antipasto

I love having a selection of foods and mixing and matching. I love chicken salads with gorgeous vinegarettes and chips are my weakness.

Gourmet hot dogs and polish sausages:  chicken and apple, jalapeno and jack, portabello mushroom and onion, blueberry chive, etc.

Served on really great rolls with lots and lots of condiments.  Homemade fries served with lots and lots of toppings

Milkshakes made from real fruit

My aunt and uncle have one that I think is better than any other. Instead of the regular tacos and burger and sandwiches, they serve frito chili pie, red beans and rice with cornbread, brats, ham and beans, and different other stuff throughout the year.

I would like to see some cheesecake on one as well.

And ice cream.

Right now chicken wraps are very popular. I think that if you bring them to people with some kind of extra goumet twist like fancy dips to go with it that would go over big.
