Woman buys mobile home.

Bf puts his name on the title also.

Bf forces gf and child to move out (details are too grusome to mention).

K so ex bf and new gf live in mobile home for few years.

Then he and her have to move out.

He then rents to a tenant, then evicts them for bogus reason.

He then tries to sell mobile home (no realitor will stay with him)

The original ex gf never sighned off the title.(it never went to court, and he made a new title)

So now he's going to try to sell the mobile himself.(solo).

Question is ....... is this legal?

  1. The world of real estate is so incredible. So many twists and turn.  OK, she starts this story with a mobile home and true love.  She ends the story with neither. It's an intriguing story.  But there are huge missing parts of the story.

Part of being a property owner is protecting your property.  You can do this in many ways but you are always protecting your home because it is the smart thing to do.  Somehow the woman who owns the home fell off the face of the Earth for a few years or a few decades.

But , forgetting that, she still owns it.  Go to the Secretary of State's office and talk to someone about the ownership papers for the mobile home.  Walk out with papers showing who the owner is.  Put those with the ownership papers that "woman in beginning of story" already has and you are cruising.  Go to the sheriff. Ask him to escort you.  Enter your home.  Say goodbye to anyone who is there. They have no legal rights; they are squatters and get no notice to leave.  Then you continue your lives. /

  2. You can't add a property owner by "making a new title."  If that were the case, people would just add their names to property all the time.    Property transfers by deed.  The woman would have had to sign a deed adding her boyfriend as a co-owner of the property.  If this did happen, the property cannot be sold just by him - all property owners have to agree to the sale.

If the boyfriend really did just "make a new title" he would have had to forged a deed, which obviously, is illegal.  The woman would need to see a lawyer who would handle the criminal and non-criminal aspects of the case.

Is is just me, or does this story sound a bit odd and fishy??????

  3. No, selling the property would require signatures from all owners of said property.

  4. when people meet bullies, it is best to contact the police and

show why restraining orders should be granted.

NO title firm will permit a property in more than one person's name to be sold without all parties written authorization.

The sale is a good thing......unless of course, he has [somehow]

forged your name as releasing your rights]

  5. Find out how he got the title changed! If your name  was signed for him to get it entirely in his name, this is forgery, and punishable by very strict laws.Only way is to research title!
