Mobile phone contract ?

I want to take a contract out on a new mobile but last time i went over, a lot and i was wondering if anyone new a network that had a block on it so as soon as you got up to say £25-30 it would stop you from doing anythin

I Went On 3 There Contract Was £25 For unlimeted texts and 500 mins and i put a block on it so i cant go over

My contract is 30 pounds per month and for all the free minutes and texts i get with it I couldnt possibly go over it
