Modchip retailers in Regina?

Question

I was just wondering if someone could tell me if there are any retailers in Regina, SK that sell wii mod-chips. I know I could always buy them online but I was wondering if there was anyone local. And not just someones house like the black market or anything. Just a store that might happen to have some mod-chips somewhere.

The only place I can think of is Radio Shack. Other than that no one does.
