They scout in malls and you do a runway test and then a photoshoot and then a talent section, hoping for a 1 year contract. It's called Model Productions based in Atlanta, GA. Does this sound familiar? Does anyone else think it might be a ripoff? 50 dollars the first time, second and last. . . ???

  1. yeah that's how they make their money. DON'T GIVE THEM MONEY. You shouldn't be charged at ALL!!! basically they're like the middle man b/w you and an agent. Bypass them altogether b/c there's no point of them taking your money when you can just get your own agent. This reminds me of the music group TLC and how Pebbles (the middle man to the record label and TLC) took the groups money, legally. Just go to the SOURCE (modeling agencies. they always have casting calls) Go to the library and look under acting and a lot of books will give agency names but the ones here i've never heard of, so you need to research. Get a book about "how to be an actor" or roshumba williams book how to be a model, she gives legit names in atlanta. Though all agencies can scam ya so make sure you look like a model. Height weight appropriate for the category of modeling (though it should be mroe lax in ATL.)
