Model UN...?

I'm writing my position paper for Model UN,

but I'm having difficulties writing the country's postion on the topic.

Can anyone give me any general tips on how or what to write for the country's position?

Just anything regardless of what country I am and what topic I'm writing about.

Just totally general.

Mention Human Supremacist beliefs as cause of Global Warming.Define as belief everything for human profit and human superior to other lifeforms. Then suggest U.N. requires ability to arrest purveyors of such a belief to protect all  life if  not being sarcastic, then  suggest this as it involves humanity not just one nation.  Is important to have humanity reject Human Supremacist notions as it would reduce possibility of genocide as these notions are part of genocide. Cynism abounds of course but something about Global Warming  has to be done.

The UN is a model for corruption and disappointment. Why do not choose an other topic, such as the NATO. The NATO managed to save the world from the Bolshevik dictatorship.
