Model United Nations?

I need to say why Singapore is better than the UK, India, France, South Korea, and America. This is hard for me since I love america and the UK lol. Anything that can help? I have a debate.

Singapore has been following the provisions of the UN Charter and has not violated the rules of the International Law.

One great thing about Singapore is that chewing gum is against the law. Get caught, get flogged. Now that's better than what happens in the UK where if you drop your gum you get fined 60 GBP or France where some gendarm chases you down the street with a tissue whilst waving his onions about or India where they would use the dropped gum to patch the bald spot on their hobnailed boots.South Korea? Heck, when it comes to gum being dropped on the floor, why they would run right up to you and offer you another stick.
