Model car alarm APS2K4SAW is not working

Hi
2 days ago I change batteries on my alarm remote control for my Nissan Altima, and now my remote control and my car not working.
My remote light is blinking when I push any buttons, and my security light in the car is still blinking.

How I can fix it?
