  1. You work out 4-5 hours a day. I plan on modeling after this pregnancy is over and I got back into shape by following the 4 hour a day "Celebrity" workout plan. It works wonders. Within about 1 1/2 months I was back to "before" pregnancy weight and my body was very fit. :) And you can have your baby wherever you work out and go on walks/runs soo you don't have to leave him at home or anywere else. It was easy and I hope it was that easy when I have this other baby.

**Also I did not have a trainer...I just researched and did. :)

  2. It has to do with genes, your pre-pregnancy body and how hard you want to wotk at it. I am 7 months post partum and in the best shape of my life (and I am 33) because I put my mind to it and got in shape and healthy. Anyone can do it you just have to want to. Having children certainly does not mean you are going to live the rest of your life with saggy skin and b*****s, stretch marks and extra weight. :)

  3. It has a ton to do with how in shape they were before, how much excercise they did durring pregnancy and how much weight they gained, and how hard they worked after.

If we could all afford personal trainers and had four hours a day to work out, most of us could look as good.

Then again, you'd never know if they had a little nip/tuck done, would you?

  4. Models have contracts saying if they get pregnant they have so many days (usually 90 or less) to get back to their old bodies, else they are breaching their contract. They hire personal trainers and dietitians to help them. If you can afford to hire a team to help you, you would be back to your pre-baby body in 2 months as well.
