Modem Change Ip Change?

Now i have a modem subscribed to my ISP(the ip address is static). My friend also has A Modem SUBSCRIBED TO same ISP. Now if i connect his Modem to my cable wire will my ip change to his static Ip?

  1. By changing the modem IP address doesn't change.. U can use his modem with your own IP address..
