Moderated members and posted messages?

Is there a quick way to find out how many members in a group are moderated and roughly how many messages they post a day/week?

there are programs which you can download and then use to sort- but to keep track weekly you'd be downloading alot.

only way is to scroll the members list- type in a member and see activity logs per members ID
