Moderator ? Can I "stick" a message at the top, ex.: a Welcome thread?

I just started a new group and I would like to "lock in" certain threads at the top. How do I do this?

you should put in a welcome message on your cover page.  Click edit beside description, scroll down and you will see where to fill it in.

I understand what you want to do but currently that type of feature is not available nor is it possible to insert into a Yahoo group home page.  When a member signs in to the group, they will only see what is made available by Yahoo. Sorry!
