Modern Australia Recipes??

Question

Hi, anyone has any idea of modern australia recipes (that has to come from Sydney)? I have the ingredients scallop, beetroot and potatoes.

I want to be a good host for my Sydney friend who's coming tomorrow. Help, people??? =XX

Cubed potato &herb bake.

And with the beetroot ,make it simple,a fresh garden salad.

Stir fries -1 iablespoon of Virgin oil -add favourite meat chopped - and favourite vegies chopped - all intogether toss till browned - add favourite sauce eg bar-b-que, satay,or  honey and sesame etc.and simmer till cooked-Last minute add chopped lettuce stir in and serve immediately
