mine is whoever sells clothes to women like jumpers that go to just below the arms yet cost the same as a whole one,trousers that start an inch above the bum and finish an inch below the knee as well

Problem is...cost of manufacturing, labor, distribution, etc. are the same, pennies less in fabric cost, is all.
