Aside the obvious Will and Harry (who aren't teens anymore...), who are other European royals?

  1. Well there is of course Princesses Eugene and Beatrice (who was born on the same day as me, 08/08/1988!!!)

Beatrice is quite prominent these days on the toffee nosed party scene, often seen out with her mother Sarah Ferguson.

  2. You said "European royal teens", so this is a list of people from any of the 10 reigning Royal Houses in Europe (UK, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, The Netherlands, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Belgium and Luxemburg)  -- thus excluding pretendents to extinguished monarchies (eg. France, Italy, Portugal, etc.)  -- between the ages of 13 and 19 (teenagers, although I will include anyone aged 12 going on 13 or who just turned 20) and who hold a title of royalty (prince, HRH or HSH, etc.):

    In no particular order:

    Prince Joseph Wenzel of Liechtenstein

    Princess Marie-Astrid of Liechtenstein

    Prince Josef-Emanuel of Liechtenstein

    Prince Sébastien of Luxembourg

    Princess Beatrice of York

    Princess Eugenie of York

That is it.  Not too many, given the specific parameters you set.  All of these people are at least 12 years old and no older than 20 years old, making them "teens", or too close to call out, at least.  They also hold nobilistic titles in their countries  -- meaning, they are all Princes, HRHs or HSH.

I could include in the list 2 names from the Monaco Princely House: Pierre Casiraghi and his sister, Charlotte Casiraghi

They both would fit the criteria, but they do not hold the title of HSH, which is Monaco's royalty title for the reigning family.  Interestingly, if they were born now, they would be entitled to the HSH style, but when they were born, they weren't, because their mother's (Princess Caroline of Monaco) marriage to their father was not yet legally recognized and, most importantly (since the first problem would have been solved in 1990, when the marriage was recognized by the Vatican), under Monaco's previous Law of Succession to the Throne, Princess Caroline and her issue could not succeed, and hence her children could not bear the style HSH.  Now Princess Caroline is heir apparent to Prince Albert II, her brother, and her children are next to succeed.  That notwithstanding, they have not been granted the style HSH thus far.

  3. Samuel David Benedict Chatto (born 28 July 1996) is the elder son of Daniel Chatto and Lady Sarah Chatto née Armstrong-Jones. He is a grandson of the late Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon and a great-grandson of George VI and Queen Elizabeth. The Queen Mother left him a trust fund, just as she did for all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was born in London. He is currently 16th in line to the British throne and at the time of his birth was 13th. His mother, Lady Sarah, is Princess Margaret's only daughter.

  4. I would say Prince Alexander and Princess Maxima in The Netherlands (Who aren't teens), would be a good example of a modern royal couple.
