Modular Helmets?

Question

Just bought a modular helmet...have not wore it once...still stuck on my full face HJC helmet. I bought the modular helmet in a large, but my old one is a medium. I like the convenience that the modular offers, but I don't know if I was looking for something different or what. The lift up is not on the bottom of the chin bar (beneath the chin bar), but right in front at the bottom. There are mixed reviews. Opinions please!!!

just wear it around the house and see if you can live with it.

i have an hjc cl max, and i find it can be a bit sticky to release on 1 side from time to time, still prefer it to sliding a garbage can over my head though (not a fan of full face helmets, i normally wear a beanie, but keep a full sized skid lid for bad weather)

What brand is it, My first one was a Zeus and  I liked it OK but I replaced it with a HJC CL Max and it is better in every way, Fit, Finish, Quieter and lighter. I crash Tested mine 4 Weeks ago Today and it held up fine, in fact I ordered another just like it.
