Reports claim that Paris Saint-Germain player, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mohamed-Sissoko-c26386 is a potential transfer target for Italian Serie A club, AC Milan. The Milan-based club is willing to sign the former Juventus player, as he’s faced with a limited role at Parc des Princes. The
midfielder might be interested in a move away from Paris to a team that is willing to provide him with more playing time.
Milan have recently lost Nigel de Jong to a season-ending injury and are seeking a temporary replacement for the Dutch international. The Serie A outfit is already faced with defensive issues, desperate to get rid of their inconsistent performances.
The former Liverpool player appears to be the right option for the Italian giants, as the player seems to have all the qualities the club requires. The Malian international performs best in the role of a holding midfielder, and that’s what the Rossoneri
are currently looking for.
Sissoko’s starting spot has been threatened with arrivals of players like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Blaise-Matuidi-c7681 and Marco Verratti. And with his playing time only limited to more of a replacement player, the midfielder would prefer moving to another club.
Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan underwent transfer business last summer, involving http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thiago-Silva-c34903 and Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s arrival at the Parc des Princes. Now it’s time for the Italian club to do a little trading, as they have set their sights on the Malian.
And keeping their good relations in mind, it’s widely expected that the Rossoneri would sign the 27-year-old midfielder.
During a radio interview, a source close to the San Siro-based club said:
“Our good relation with PSG can facilitate the deal, but there is only slight contract at the moment.”
He added:
“We do not have the financial means of PSG, so the deal cannot be expensive.”
The midfielder has only made three appearances this season in the Ligue 1 this season, and still has 2 more years on his contract. However, lack of first-team football might lead the player to a departure from the Ligue 1 outfit.
