Mohammad Hafeez, Pakistan’s T20 captain has vowed to create a positive atmosphere in the dressing room and expressed that the playing XI will be chosen according to the conditions in every ground.

from June 1, 2012.

as well.
The national selection committee has announced three different squads for each format for the tour of Sri Lanka. Some of the seasoned campaigners have made a comeback in the national team and Hafeez expressed that he will make them
feel comfortable in the team environment.
Hafeez claimed that the Green Shirts will play an aggressive brand of the game against Sri Lanka. The captain is of the opinion that team-spirit is imperative for a side to perform well at the highest stage of the game.
The 31-year-old all-rounder is backing http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Khalid-Latif-c71261 and Ahmed Shahzad to come good in international cricket once again.
The T20 skipper said, "You will see that on this tour we will be very positive. I will try to maintain a good environment for them in the dressing room, and as a captain I am trying to give my players full confidence. Khalid [Latif],
Ahmed [Shahzad] and Shoaib [Malik] have already played for Pakistan."
While talking to the reporters, Hafeez added that the team combination will be decided in every fixture taking into account the pitch, weather and opposition. The cricketer from Sargodha believes in ‘horses for courses’ instead of
playing the same team in every situation.
"I think it's difficult to predict [the playing XI] beforehand, we have to look the conditions and the players will be used accordingly. It will depend on selectors, I don't want to predict things, there's a chance for everyone to do well," he added.
