Moisturising foundation?

Question

anyone know of one? I'm using Mac studio fix fluid, ive bin using it for yrs..then i decided to go a shade lighter because i haven't bin on holiday this yr (TEAR) therefor my skin is pale and ruff looking. neways i found my skin to break out in dry patches..not attractive at all..i think i need a more hydrating foundation! any ideas ppl? experience, what u have been told, reviews u have read. don't mind what brand, spill the beans peoples!

I too used MAC for years then one day decided to try Max Factor Flawless Perfection. Great coverage, great moisturiser and 1/3 the price. It's a 2 part application, the base coat is a moisturising primer.

oh put half foundation half moisturizer actually put more foundation for converge works really well :)

If you want a hydrating foundation, don't use a liquid.

Instead use a cream foundation.

I'd try a tinted moisturizer instead. Try Stila. I really love their illuminating moisturizer. Plus they have SPF which is good so you can prevent future wrinkles and whatnot.

If you want to stick with your foundation then I'd buy a seperate moisturizer to put on before your foundation. Put the moisturizer on and let it soak in for about 10-15 minutes before you put on your foundation. I suggest Hope In A Jar by Philosophy. I really like that one. I've combination skin and it moisturizes my dry spots and keeps my oily spots from being oily. You can get both products at Sephora stores or www.sephora.com

the best moisturiser i have used is avon's hydrating moisturiser, i have really dry skin, also there clay mask is great for the skin as well, and they are at a great price and also they go on offer alot for 4 for £5
