Ok on 7/26 i had i believe to be the 2nd molar on the bottom on the right side extracted, on 8/4 i had the wisdom tooth behind it extracted , i finished up all my antibiotics ( keflex 500mg ) , The molar tooth was alot harder and took longer to extract than the wisdom tooth for some reason, after the molar was extracted i noticed a small painless knot/lump on my jawbone/cheek near the extracted tooth , i cant see it by looking inside my mouth i can only feel it , doc told me unless it hurt or got bigger it was no problem, But i still have alittle swelling on my cheek , not a hugh difference though but i can tell its there !! I have no pain whatsoever on my cheek or the lump, So my two questions would be :

1. Could the lump/knot be fatty tissue?

2. Why is there still alittle swelling?

Thank you all
