  1. boat supply stores have special stain and mildew removers.

  2. It depends on what the seat is made of.  Bleach should work if it is safe for whatever the seat is made of.  I would recommend asking at a marine store or boatyard in your area and they should have some good ideas for your specific problem.  Best of luck with it.

  3. As long as it's fiberglass, bleach should work.

  4. im geussing the seat is made of vinel, be carefull cause bleech might disolve the stitching in the seat.

  5. You can do what I do. You are probably familiar with the Oxy-Clean products that you can find in the laundry section of the grocery store. If you mix the dry Oxy cleaner 3 scoops to a quart of warm water, and use a medium plastic scrub brush, wet the brush in the solution and scrub it into the mildew stains then rinse and repeat until they are gone. Rinse well with a water hose and your hand, because it will leave the vinyl very slick when it's wet if you don't. This works for me every year when I clean my boat for the water. It won't hurt your fabric and it's non-toxic.
