Mold growing in toilet it seems to grow at the water line?

I clean with a name brand toilet cleaner (have tried many) and it always comes back. We have 2 toilets and it only happens on one so I don't think it's the septic tank. How Do I get rid of this.

I had the same problem and I now use these wonderful tablets that are made by Clorox. You just drop them in the tank every couple of months I purchase mine at Costco they come in a pack of 6. Once you try them you will never have mold again.

Bleach is the best and cheapest mold killer.  JUst add a few drops after each flush and it will go away.  Put a few drops in the tank too.  that may be where its coming from.
