Mold in flute head joint?

Question

I have green mold in my head joint of my flute it smells nasty and i can taste is when in play. What can i do to fix that because I would like it gone, however i know some things are harmful to the metal of a flute. I don't want to harm my instrument. I have also taken it to the repair ppl to see what they could do and they didn't do anything.

Silver cleaning cloths usually work.

As long as it's the head, rubbing alcohol works too.
