Moldova Adoption?

I am consideringof adoption and due to Romanian being closed to international adoption I have been told to consider Moldova. Has anyone here ever adopted from there and what was your experence and what were your fees like.

I have not adopted from Moldova, but I have been researching different countries for my adoption.

I believe there are only two agencies that are currently accredited in Moldova; as the program re-opened in 2006 after closing in 2001.

I didn't find any fee information but here is what I did find out:

- children are age 6 and over

- special need children are available

- sibling groups are available

- couples and single women can apply

- parent/s must be under 50 years old

- two trips of 5-7 days each, or one trip of approx. 21 days
