Mole on Neck plz help?

okay i have a mole on my neck.. and went 2 the doctors a few months bak and he sed thatd hed remove it but its nothang to worry about.. so i went on with my life and didnt get it removed, now i noticed it gets irriated.. and sometimes itches.. idk.. no change it apperance wat should i do? im only 20??
