Mom's anul hemorrhoids?

My mom has had anul hemorrhoids for about a year now. She had them lasered out once. However, a year later, they came back, with avengance. She had grinding pain in her stomach, she couldn't move around much, so, she had to fly to the US and have them lasered out again. Now, all of a sudden, it's all happening again? is the doctor missing something? I think it's serious.

If she does not make changes in her diet, the problem will continue to recur.  If you and your mom can talk about this sort of thing, ask if the doctor gave her a recommended diet to follow.
