Anoop Kapoor an amateur golfer hit Azad Anan with a random shot blinding him of one eye. As a result he was sued by Kapoor but the New York State Court of appeals has passed their verdict in favor of Kapoor hence freeing him of all the charges. The logic given in support of the court’s verdict is based on the fact that Anand was not in the intended path of the ball also once the golfer enters into the golf course he should be mentally ready to have any kind of injury during the course of the game.
