Mom and I are headed for a dispute!! help!

okay so..

my mom, her boyfriend, my brother, and I went on a vacation. on the way coming home i got pulled over for speeding. 92 in a 75 zone. yeah i know...REAL STUPID. its my first ticket! she's still there in the hotel as i type, and i called to tell her but she said "we'll talk about it when I get home tomorrow".i just wanna curl up and cry. =[ thats how scared i am...lol

can anybody give me some good advice on what to do or say when she gets home?

She's ur mom and she loves u a great deal. Just go home and tell her how sorry u r and that u promise never to repeat it again. Go a step further and say that u'll always do as she wants u to and that u;ll never disappoint her in future. I m sure she'll forgive u. BOL

Be honest!  "Mom, I know you are disappointed in me.  I really screwed up.  I am sorry and will not speed like that again.  It was stupid and dangerous."

Also, you need to pay for the ticket.  If you don't have the money now or don't have a job, work it off somehow.   Let your mom know that you realize it's your responsibility and not hers.

Aside from all that, your mom loves you!  She's probably peeved now, but will calm down.  Do your best not to get defensive and talk back to her when she gets back tomorrow!

I hope all went well when you talked to her.  I really couldn't think of anything else that you could've done differently or in addition to what I already stated.  The silent treatment sucks and I'm crossing my fingers that u aren't receiving it!!!

Just be real calm with her..

Don't Get her angry.

Just tell her nicely

explain it all out..

Then let her know that your going to pay for it

Tell her your being resposponible for it

Sorry for making her upset

and you promise it will never happen again
