  1. Are you unhappy there or just feeling upset because your mom is going to have a baby?   I'm not sure what the laws are where you live so you may not have a choice right now if the courts gave your mom custody.  You need to talk to both your parents and see if they agree to let you move in with your dad full time.

  2. Are you old enough to chose yet? Tell your dad that you would like to let the judge know that you don't want to live with your mom anymore.

In most states 14 is old enough for you to decide where you want to live.

  3. Tell your dad you would like to live with him.  He can then call his lawyer and see what he has to do for you to move out of moms and into his home.  Good luck.

  4. You are not old enough to choose, unfortunately you need tobe 18.  Talk to your parents see if they agree.  They can take care of the paper work without going to court.  All they have to do is file with the family courts

  5. You are going to have to go to court if you are not old enough to make this decision according to court rulings.

  6. it depends on where you are. in california the "age of decision" is 13 or you should go to your dad, he can go through the courts to have the custody changed.
