my mom took my car away for no reason today because she had a bad day. she has always taken things out on me my whole life. i bought the car i'm just 17 so i can't be the title so she constantly takes it away from me. i worked hard for that car. i work at jjill and i need to get there in time for work and i can't call in a half hour before i'm due. she has the keys with her but im guessing she will leave them somewhere so i can make a run for it. persay she did call the cops on what would happen? and i'm gonna park the car somewhere other then work so they wont find it right off at least i don't really car as long as i make it work, its very important to me to be a hardworker and always be there when i say i will. thank you.

  1. Sorry, somethings wrong with this story

  2. Since the car is legally under your mom's name, it can't exactly be reported as "theft". Now, I would never waste the police's time with something trivial like this when they could be saving lives and catching criminals. My advice, talk to your mother about it and let your feelings be known.

  3. I am sure there are parts of your story missing. If you pursue this, she can have your license suspended. She has this right since she is responsible for you and she had to sign for you to get it originally.
