Hi,My mom is in her late 40's. She can't seem to hold her weight anymore. She tries to manage her weight so she doesn't lose anymore by eating unhealthy foods. Last week she told me that she started buying large milkshakes from McDonald's about five times a week and drinking that to help maintain her weight. I was at her house on Saturday and she ate a lot of junk food while I was there. She has always been a health nut, but since she can't maintain her weight she's chosen unhealthy options for herself. I told her that it's not good for her.What other foods can I recommend to her instead of these unhealthy milkshakes and junk foods?Thanks for your help.
