  1. Personally I don't give my 1 year old milk everyday. All that matters is that they get

    -dairy

-meat (not always chicken though) or peanut butter, eggs

    -fruits

    -veggies

    -bread

if they are getting all the vitamins and have a good diet.... they don't need milk.

  2. Regular cows milk?  Usually around 16-20 ounces is sensible for a toddler/preschooler. (More than that and he won't be hungry for other foods.  But if he doesn't like milk, it's fine for him to drink less, as long as he's getting a variety of other foods.  Nobody NEEDS to drink cows milk at all.)

  3. My daughter is 2 and she consumes anywhere between 8 and 24 ounces of milk a day. Some days though she doesn't want to drink milk and will only drink juice or water. I guess each child is different.

  4. i agree with tryin to ween off the bottle if still on it. But i have always said if my kids are hungry or thirsty and they are drinking it all they are drinking it all for a reason if he/she drinks all that milk then  let her i think.

  5. Should a 2 year old still be drinking that sort of milk? all my kids would,nt look at the stuff after 15 months lol.Try and do some weaning off the stuff. This is the reason, Im sure, as to why so many little uns are still in diapers at 4 years old.
