Mommys out here... any advice on raising a child

I could sit here and give you tons of advice, but the truth is you have to learn on your own. You have to decide what you feel is right for your child and family. Everyone raises their child different. Just love her.

I'm not a Mommy, but I have raised 3 kids since my youngest(now 14)was 3. All I have to say is trust your instict and raise them to believe they can do anything. Let her know how much you love and care for her everyday. And if you have more children, spend equal time with them.

Be a good role model for her and make sure she just has fun in life and is happy. CONGRATS!

Love her, encourage her, make her priority, lead by example, dont scream, or freak out over the little stuff. Enjoy being a parent - its the best job in the world.

Let's see.  That was diapers and crib and such.  Several years from starting violin.  Enjoy it while you can.

Trust mommy's intuition! If you have questions just search on the internet and do what is best for your baby or call the pediatrician! People are always willing to give advice just make sure you do what you think is right!

Great question, alot of people do not realize how important your bonding with the baby is right now. It is so important, that she learns to trust that you are there & to take care of her.This is a time that can make a good child -these first few years.It`s the most important.Many childern , who have not bonded go on to have a lot of problems.Take all the advice here , hold her, sing softly, take care of her needs,,Tell her how much you love her, While she is crying or bad, don`t speak. ignore unwanted behavior, praise wanted.Make this your mantra. lol Say no, only if necessary, or she will start to ignore it.
