Moms, please help. How can my wife ditch her strechmarks.?

She's paranoid about them. I don't care much, but man does she. She has dark red strechmarks on her hips. She also has them on the belly from the lady parts to above her navel.

They used to say cocoa butter try it....If nothing works then look at it as a lesson for her. We all have to accept these kinds of things. I have a son die in 1999 & if you knew how trivial this is to me you wouldn't beleive it. So if she can learn how to be happy with out depending on outer things it will improve her life so don't let it stress you out. If she gets too upset she will see that her attitude hurts people more that her skin.

stretch marks are normal as I'm sure she may know the only thing that could probably help is coco butter for stretch marks.

I dont think there is anything out there that will really remove stretch marks. They do have products out there that is suppose to "remove " them but its bull c**p. I have tried mederma which does nothing. I think she will just have to get use to them. I'm learning to do so myself.

I've been using Avon Stretch Mark Cream, I have tried everything else every other lotion you could possibly imagine... Avon seems to be the only one that is working a little bit, I also have them from lady parts to over navel by an inch and on my hips, I have had these for 2 years and they are still nasty, they will never ever go away they will lighten .. but will always be there, Im so sorry I know how your wife feels I feel the same way.

A tummy tuck is the only option to get rid of " some of them " since they are over the navel you will have to talk to the doctor about this, I know I would still have a few so I decided not to do it.

Stri-peptin : Does not work

Tri-Lastin : Does not work

Mustela : Does not work

Palmers : Please.. really doesn't work

Nivea: Does not work

All others store brand etc. Do not work.

Avon : Works Slightly its only 25$ mine have gone from reddish purple to clear pink and some white. I highly recommend this brand if you want add me to your contacts and I will update you I have only been using this 1 month.. but I see a big improvement, I say it works slightly because they are still there lol but in all honesty they look better than ever!

Maybe my skin is just defiant but she can try all the other creams... I just suggest to start with Avon to see if it works and then move up to the 100$+ tubes of other stuff.

Honestly, the only thing that clears up stretchmarks is time. Just compliment her lots to build up her self esteem.

There's not much you can do for stretchmarks. Try Dr. Palmer's lotion for stretchmarks twice a day. This will reduce the appearance GREATLY. :)
