Moms ungrateful?????????????? y?

Question

i do everything around the house and she just sits and watches tv i vacuum wash the bathroom even hers and take out trash wash dishes

etc and she says thank u and all but wen wer at lik at a relatives house she just gets a kik out of saying oh no my son is lazy and sits on his butt all day i just wanna scream oh ya wat do u do?But i do everything and shes like oh no and then wen we get home she says oh 4get it and ignores it and changes the subject i fell like on of these days im gonna die i can handle it shes makes me so mad i do everything but she doesnt evn recognize it!

now i know how people who get plagerized feel

but y is she doing this to me?

How old are you?  The next time she speaks up like that at a relatives house, just speak up and say that you did this, you did that all while SHE was sitting watching TV.  Tell her right then and there that you don't appreciate being put down when it's not the truth.  Tell her you do more for her and she's not appreciating it and talking about about you and not telling the truth is not a good example of her being a good mother.  Tell her as soon as you can get on your own you'll be leaving and she can live in her own filth because you're not going to be her maid.

It's not just your mom. ALOT of moms put on a show for relatives and other people. My mom is meaner to me when she is around people than when it's just us.

OK, everybody calm down.....

Kid, clean your room and your bathroom.  All the other chores can go to h**l in a handbasket until your mom can get off her lazy butt and help out.

Get a good grounding out of it sure, but sooner or later she will have to start cleaning or you have a great case for CPS.

I am 39 and a mother of two. I would be embarrassed as all h**l for trying anything like that!!

Julie, its not that easy. And plus hes only 13. Next time ur at a cousins house or something and she says such a thing, right after u get home, tell her what u really mean. Let ur mom know man, let her know how u work ur *** off, let her know how hard u work and she doesnt realize it. Its not her fault, she isnt trying to make u mad, its just the way she grow up. Its called a person's "nature". Everyone has a different nature and u just gota live up to it. Change the way ur mom feels about, just remember kid, the power(words) is in ur hands.

I know i'm going to get a million thumbs down for this. But you should video tape it, but video tape not just one time but several different times with anything you have, cell phone, camera, anything, then upload it to your computer, then make a dvd disc and when your at the relatives house, play it on the dvd and everyone can watch that she's lying. Then after, apologize and tell her that she never listens and she's not respecting you at all. Carefully explain that's she's being lazy and you hsould compromise the work, and if she doesn't, then just do half the job and tell her that the other half is for her.
