MonaRonaDona virus

Question

i am just learning the computer and am not sure of some of the terms used.I have just put in norton security & on the top of my screen[i think its called a taskbar]the MonaRonaDona name appears.Norton removed it from my screen but right up the very top it stays there.At the moment where it says Get Solution for problem-FixYa then it has MonaRonaDona.Please help me
