1. I think from looking at the race results it was Riccardo Patrese in his Alfa Romeo on lap 16...

4. I think its Sir Jack Brabham in his own car.... don't know the year but I guess its 1965/6

5. I see a Lotus 78 and a P34... so from that it's 1977
