Monday healthy energy boost?

It's Monday, I need something to boost my energy I am DRAGGING. Any tips on something to boost some energy without caffeene (however you spell that) that gives you the jitters or unhealthy stuff?

  2. You could go to herbalife.com they are able to help people lose weight with enough energy.  They have these tablets with energy that flavor water and give you enough energy for six hours and their milkshakes are really good.

  3. Well, the most popular energy boosters are B-12, Royal Jelly (and other bee-based products), L-Carnitine, Ribose, and/or Ginseng. Also, a quick bout of exercising can give a nice quick boost of energy and help you to stay awake a bit easier.

    You're absolutely right to stay away from caffeine and sugar... those will give you a quick boost and make you crash just as fast. Good luck!
