Is driving an issue?  I live out in the country and when the gas prices started souring, driving and being able to afford the gas prices, was hard.  Maybe try looking for work at home.  There are a lot of different options out there.  I know quite a few people that work from home.  A lot of different industries that give people the opportunity to work from home.  Here's a couple places you can look into.

When I was searching for ways to work from home, I found that most home jobs only offered minimum wage.  This place starts you out at minimum wage, but just like a regular job, you can have wage increases.  If your trying to make ends meet, this is a place that would be good.
