Right now,  (July 7, 2008, 6 pm EDT) one Euro is worth about $1.58 US (it changes very quickly).  Seven Euros ought to be worth about $11; but if you buy anything in a foreign country, you will have to pay whatever fees your bank or credit card company charges to convert the currency, in addition to the value of the item purchased.
