Please give your reasons?

Can players from other countries play together for the HOME Country?

How does this work, bringing foreign players together to play in the one team?

Does politics interfere in matches today - especially with so many different cultures within the "Home Team"?

  1. There is not any longer the "Home team".

Anybody suitable with any possible excuse can play for any country.

This happens in practically any sport.

Politics does not really interfere with sport but money does.

Rules are usually made to suit anybody with some form of interest.

Don't forget a team is not made only of players.

  2. It works in Rugby Union in two ways.

First there is the British Lions - picked from Wales, Scotland, Ireland and England.

Secondly, there is the Barbarians. Although they play in shirts of black and white hoops, each player wears his club socks. By tradition, each team includes at least one player who is uncapped by his country. It is always a multi-national side. Finally, you can only play for the Barbarians by invitation and if you are involved in any foul play in the match, you NEVER get invited again.
