Hi,

If you are living in a single parent home, with income of 14235, what are the chances of you getting scholarships for children who live in low income homes.

I live with my sister, and mother.

  1. http://www.finaid.org/

  2. If that is your annual income then yes you would probably qualify for full financial aid, which would include a PELL grant, other aid offered by the school, work-study and loans.  Apply early!  You do need to document ALL forms of aid including food stamps etc.

You can also apply for private scholarships based on need and possibly merit, and that will reduce your loan amounts.  You are the reason for the financial aid programs, so follow the instructions and get the aid!
