Money into account?

Question

I put money into my account the other day using the cashier to put the money in i payed in a cheque and some notes. Aparently you can see the money you have payed in using your card straight away, It has now been 1 day and i still cant see the money i have put in?? Is this normal??

NO IT'S TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR CHECKS TO CLEAR UNLESS THEY ARE CHECKS FROM THAT BANK.

Yeah. It takes time. Call your bank just to be sure. But I do know that it takes time for the checks to process. If it was cash that you deposited, you probably want to call your bank right away because that shouldn't happen

No, you can't see cheques until they clear.

the cash should be in straight away.  The cheque may take 3 working days.  Contact your bank asap with the recipt given to you by the cashier

Cheques will take 3-5 days. Cash should be available within an hour.

Cheques take 3 - 5 days clearing and lodgements can take up to 3 days to appear on your account but if you were to go into your bank they would be able to tell you what and when your money was lodged.
