my name is andrew lynch, i live in halifax in england, and im in a bit of a catch 22 situation. im currently unemployed and there very few jobs going that i can apply for as the only thing i have experience in is bar work, i have 11 g.c.s.e`s including maths and english but the grades are not exactly good, im currently signing on but with bills and debts that money doesnt go far, i cant afford to do any training courses as i can only get 50% knocked off, every job i want/apply for needs experience or qualifications, but i need the job to get the experience to get the job in the first place, im in about £2000 worth of debt and there hassling me all the time, im renting a flat and i dont know what to do, i cant afford to look further a field for a job. please help
